Not a good start
I've not started well this week.
I wanted to do atleast 5 workouts....but so far, counting from Monday, i haven't done ANY....arggghhh. BUT i will force myself to do atleast ONE each day starting tomorrow, then that way, i can still get 4 in.
S-t-e-p-w-i-s-e i'm doing pretty good, with over 10000 steps daily......yay for that.
Water intake is also ok.
5 days until next WI for the challenge..... 5 days to work towards a good WI.........GO TEAM BLUE!!!!

you can do it!
You can get that exercise in!! but in the meantime, 10000 steps is wonderful!

It's Okay...
Do what you can, when you can, don't make your expectations to high, baby steps remember? Ok you have gone beyond baby stepping, 10,000 beyond. LOL!!! Proud of you for that!!!
Why not aim for 3 workouts and then maybe you can sneak in an extra one somewhere. Set your standards a little lower so that you can surpass them.
Maybe this is just another little bump, and once you are over it you can continue on like you have been.
Motivation, I find, comes in waves, I find myself being all gung-ho for 2 weeks and working out like crazy and then it fizzles for a week or 2, then I am all gung-ho again because I slacked off and I want to make up for the loss. I wish it were more consistant.

Sounds like your getting a workout in to me! Life happens, we just have to adjust! Today my dd brought home 72 candy bars! How would you like to have that facing you everytime you walk into the kitchen ?!? Have a good one - Shelly
