First WI
Today's the first WI day of our BLC round 2 here on EP. I managed to lose only 1.1 lbs, but i'm taking it.....the last weeks have been so tough, that right now i'm even thrilled if it's 0.5 lb per week.. I currently have a little over 16 lbs left to go, so near goal, but yet it feels so far. I guess it has to do with those last pounds being the hardest to get rid of.
This week's goals:
- Do atleast 5 workouts
- Do 45 minutes toning exercises, divided into 3 sessions.
- Aim for 10000 steps daily
- Up my water intake

Way to go!
That's 1.1lbs closer to goal, no matter how you look at it. And of course at least you are being realistic about the last few pounds left. You've taken off a good chunk of weight and "they" always say the last 10 are supposed to be the toughest. Gradually, they will come off too, you are working pretty darned hard at it. Way to go!
I plan on getting my butt on the treadmill this week as well.

Good for you for losing 1.1.lbs. that is awesome. You're right when you say that the last lbs are the hardest. Everyone I know who has done this says that.
