That's the spirit
Sunday morning 7:30 a.m. Pilates Fat Burning Workout followed by Austin's 15 mins Toning Workout. And guess what, yesterday evening i decided to do the WATP (walk away the pounds) with the kids, although i had already done the Tae-Bo......it was really fun.
So, week's exercise plan saved despite being lazy for 3 days.
Workouts this week: 5
Goal for next week: 5 or more.

You look great girly! And you're doing awesome on your weight loss and exercise too! Regular exercise is still my last unachieved goal. I'm going to have to break out my Tae-Bo video here too

So I see that you keep mentioning going to the base...are you/family in the military? From the US?
In answer to your question (a couple of weeks ago), family and friends are pretty much used to my transformation now but it was pretty crazy for a while. I couldn't walk anywhere at work without being stopped...had to actually alter my route to go places hoping I didn't run into anyone when I was in a hurry/busy...hee! hee! There's still a few people that haven't seen me in a while and freak when I run into them. With my transformation, I have inspired a lot of people to get on the weight loss bandwagon...that's been pretty cool to see.
You're doing a great job....can't wait to see YOUR "after" pic!

Little Princess loves it
Little Princess loves to exercise with me and it is quite cute to watch her attempt to get it just right.
