I did the Tae-Bo flex dvd......man, was that tough!!! I can't imagine what the Boot Camp one's like....
Next time i do my WATP i'll probably feel like i'm on vacation..lol!
2 more days until WI for the challenge, so i have to be good this weekend coz i want to see a lose.
Tomorrow, i'll do the pilates and Denise Austin's toning.
Go team BLUE!!!

congrats on doing the tae bo! I have the first few tae bo workouts, but I haven't done them in ages.. I'd probably end up injuring myself..lol. I do the WATP dvds alot.. i LOVE those!
Your weightloss graph looks great- you'll be to your goal in no time- that is sooooo awesome!!!

I think I really need to find those DVD's! Tae-bo sounds like the ones that would be the most calorie burners. Ooooo, I'm so jealous. I think i will try to walk on the treadmill next week. i really need to start exercising again.

You are really motivating me to pick up my exercise and really get it going well again. I haven't been exercising hard enough lately but you remind me how good it feels.

Great job exercising! It will get easier as your body gets used to it so keep it up :) Thanks for encouraging me, it really helps :) I will read Caligal's blog too. I weigh in on Saturdays and I GAINED a pound this week :(:(:( I know it's partly muscle but I did binge a few times this week too, so right now I'm going to throw out all of the junk in the house. I have it here because I am allowed to have a LITTLE bit every day but it's just too tempting to have it in the house. My exercise goal this week is 4x 30 minutes. I feel horrible about this week... but I will make you proud next week! Good luck for your weigh in!
