New stuff
Today i went to the U.S army base in Kaiserslautern, Germany to return the dvd player. I decided to get some new stuff for my fitness. I bought:
- A Door Knob Exerciser for Streching and Toning
- A pedometer ( a talking one
..tells you when exercise goals are reached)
- A Billy Banks Tae Bo Flex dvd ( can't wait to try it out )
On the way home we passed by my friends place, she's really happy for me about my progress....
Foodwise i didn't do well, but i'm not beating myself up about it..........
Breakfast: Oatmeal in apple smoothie
Lunch: A cheeseburger from McD's 303 calories, 2-3 chicken nuggets 138 calories and a few fries.
Snack: Dr Pepper and a bite from DD's cereal bar
Dinner: a green salad and fruit.
Off to bed now!

When husbands start noticing...
Well, that is the be all and end all, because as you know men cannot see anything unless its in front of their noses or you give them specific instructions to where anything is or you tell them and then they have to LOOK at what it is you are telling them about. So for your hubby to notice that is a great accomplishment. Woohoo! You passed the hubby test!!!Congrats!!!!
Can't see the new hair do too well, wait, let me go get my binoculars out. We need a close up shot, girl!
