Wow!
It really feels good to work out first thing in the morning. Yesterday, i did the Denise Austin's 1& 2 mile Blast away the Pounds and today, i did Winsor'sFat Burning Pilates....i just feel great.
DH is showering me with compliments too.....
in addition to the weight loss which has greatly contributed to the "feeling better in my body " confidence, i changed my hairstyle on Friday and he's admiring my new motivation to workout.![]()
My boys are back to school today after the short fall break. Off to cook lunch before it's time to pick them up for lunch.
