Pilates
I did my first pilates workout ever yesterday, it was tough but fun. I also did 15 mins Power walk & tone from Denise Austin. Morning exercise really makes me feel good, the biggest problem is getting up, but once i do that in good time, then i'm set. Today, i didn't, SIL & kids come over yesterday and we all watched a movie etc, in short, i went to bed late so i didn't get up at 6 a.m. for my workout. BUT i will definately do it this evening.
I'm also thinking of trying tae-bo, anyone tried it?
