My new workout plan
Ok, i put it together and hope to stick with it.....Monday, Tuesday done.
- Monday: Denise Austin's Blast Away the Pounds workout
- Tuesday: Leslie Sansone's 1&2 mile walk
- Wednesday: Eliptical workout, 30 minutes minimum
- Thursday: Winsor's Fat Burning Pilates

Friday: Winsor's Max Burn Pilates, Austin' Easy Walk & Power Walk

Saturday: Leslie Sanson's 1&2 mile walk

Sunday: FREE
Edited to add: yay! i did my eliptical workout, a whole 36 minutes. And, i haven't touched the halloween candy! Wohooo!
