I want you back
Dear Mr. Motivation
,
i need you, i want you back. 
I was reading this about walking today, " Walking builds long, lean muscle rather than bulky muscle. This muscle burns calories, all of the time, day & night, even when you sleep." Doesn't that sounds cool? My walking dvds are here on Friday, so i'm counting on you!!

Great Idea!
I love your letter! I can think of a few "people" I need to write letters to - Mr. Motivation, Dr. Diet, Ms. Self-Control. Think they'll write back? They seem to be on an extended vacation away from my side of the Pond... Hope they can swing by for a visit at your place!

Mr Motivations Mistress Here!
We'll schmoooze Motivation back into your life one way or another hahaha! Love to walk... Do a solid hour about 4-5 x a week. That would be apx 2-3 miles depending on how I'm feeling that day. Do it Girl! Pretend we're walking together!

what a hoot!
After reading these other comments I'm motivated! Lets get with the program and walk, run, jump, and dance our way all the way to the skinny side!!! Whatever you want to do for exercise is good, as long as you do something! We can do this!! With all this support, how could we not ?!? Have a great weekend - Shelly

that is great to know
I never knew that about walking. that is really cool to know. maybe it explains why I gained weight when I was working out but lost weight when I was walking. Hmmm . . . something to think about. If I see Mr. Motivation, I will send him your way to sprinkle you in motivation dust.!!
