Bad Month
October has been such a bad month as far as my weight loss is concerned, it actually started end of September, with not reaching my goal.
I know i have to act now, being in the "comfort zone" is dangerous and can quickly lead to backsliding. By comfort zone, i mean, i have reached a weight, in which i feel ok, BUT i know i'm not done yet, so i need to get back on that wagon, the exercise one, real quick.
I'm happy to say that i don't have big problems with the eating part.
I eat pretty healthy and rarely take an off. I haven't even introduced the free day yet.,,,,yay!
My biggest problem is the exercising. The summer went really well with me combining my walking sessions with the kids bike riding, a little elliptical and aerobics/dance here and there. With the end of summer and the kids back to school, the walks reduced and i can't seem to be able to get on the elliptical more than twice a week....obviously too little. So i ordered some Leslie Sansone indoor walking dvds, which i'm picking on Friday, and i'm hoping they bring with them, my workout motivation.
