Tuesday: 25 minutes elliptical
Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical or walk if weather is ok
Thurday: 30 minutes elliptical
Friday: free
Saturday: Aerobics/ dance 1 hour
Sunday: 30 minutes elliptical
PS: my sister finally sent the dvds, so i hope to get them soon, wuhuuu!
