Planning is vital
As one of those weight loss rules say; "Failing to plan,means planning to fail". I knew my SIL and her kids were coming over yesterday afternoon......so, needless to say, i didn't do my exercise, which i always do around 7 p.m.....they left at 8 p.m. and after supper and putting kids to bed, my 2 sisters called from the US. By the time i was finshed, i was way too tired to workout.
But atleast we took a walk and i didn't have cake...yay.....i had planned for that one, i made myself a pancake with rye & spelt flour (whole wheat) to have at coffee time while the rest had cake.
Today is WI for our Biggest Loser Challenge here on EP and i'm really ashamed for letting my team down for the 2nd time, i finally managed to lose the gained pounds plus 0.88 lbs. But on the other hand i'm glad i joined the challenge, i'm getting back on track concerning my exercising and i PROMISE; NEXT WEEK WILL BE BETTER!
P:S: FRIDAY NIGHT IS THE RESTAURANT PARTY; SO I HAVE ONE MORE REASON TO WORK EXTRA HARD.
