Back home

We're back home after spending the last 3 days in Germany at my girlfriends place. It was a nice weekend in general. Foodwise, i did good on Friday....had carried my dinner. Saturday, we made Chapatis & lentils in coconut sauce.....yummm....i ate way too much. Sunday, i had my oats/weetabix/fruit breakfast then we went to church and ate there....the food was good but very oily, so although i just had 2 meals the whole day, i most likely went over my calories.

For the first time, since i started in May, i didn't reach my goal, end of September goal was 156.56 lbs (71 kgs). Today, i weighed 158.98 lbs, even more than when i started the EP challenge.... But now, i going to get back on track, i'll need to loose atleast 9 lbs this month...3 lbs more than the previous months.

THIS WEEK; I WILL FINALLY GET ON MY ELLIPTICAL-----ATLEAST 3 TIMES----NO EXCUSES!

PS: the restaurant party was pushed to the 13th...will see how much i can loose by then.

Don't feel bad

About the gain, it's alright, just get in the groove this week, all week I felt like I hadn't lost anything. I think mood has alot to do with it. If you don't feel right it just makes it harder. But I know this week you will do great. GET on that elliptical, girl!!! It will make a hell of a difference, even if you fall off plan once or twice, just burn it off.

I am making it my duty this week to come here and check in on you daily, so I am expecting to read at least 3 blogs that you got on that elliptical.

I love France! I am going to Holland next year. My SIL lives there.

what a weekend!

It all sounds like lots of fun!  So I got that you want your Oct goal to be 9 but how much did you lose in Sept altogether?  Let me know, its deal time again and I'm trying to compile a list.
