Pamper your feet
...I've kinda neglected my poor feet this summer. From now own, i'll pamper them atleast once a week, after all, they are the ones who carry all this extra weight around....lol!
At-home- spa treatment.
Wet two towels, wring them out thoroughly and heat them in microwave until they are comfortably warm (about 1 minute).Slather your feet in moisurizer or natural oils and wrap first in plastic foil then in warm towels and elevate them for 10 minutes.
The warm oil will nourish the skin and absorb dryness.
