Before After

Morning exercise, anyone love it?

The weather is still presenting itself from it's best side. We went for a our walk, but it was not as long as usual coz the kids wanted to play. Then, somewhere, somehow, i lost my pedometer......

I loved it..... Anyway, DH said he'll get me a new one.

I slowly need to switch from walking to my indoor exercising, now that Autumn is approaching......unless the weather gods decide to treat us with summer weather until end of October, like last year.....it was great, but we weren't expecting less after a cold/wet summer.

It's best when i do my elliptical workout in the morning, before the rest of the family is up.......and i usually feel great the whole day...........BUT that's one of my biggest struggle.....WAKE UP AND JUMP ONTO THAT ELLIPTICAL!  Will i ever learn to love a.m exercise....sigh! Maybe, my walking dvds will give me the kick i need. Hope to get them soon.

after I've done it

I love morning exercise after it is done.  I feel great and it is a great way to start the day but getting the motivation to get out there and get at it is hard.  But I am glad every time I do.

Well, at least that's over for the day

I'm a list person and I like to cross exercise off my list early in the day so that I know it is over.  I also like the way it makes me feel for the rest of the day.  Sometimes, escpecially if I've had enough sleep the night before, a.m. exercise gives me a more positive attitude for the whole rest of the day.  Keep up the good efforts!
