Laziness equals GAIN
i've gained a bit in the last days after slacking with the workout and eating healthy but a little too much. I need to start logging in my food again...it really helps.
Anyway time to get back on track. I have 4 days to loose 0.88 lbs to meet my end of August goal and 9 days to loose 3.52 lbs to meet my dream back to school goal......i probably can't make this one, but the 1st one would be great then i'll still be on plan.
Since i can't depend on this weather anymore, i'm switching from walking to elliptical until i get my Leslie Sansone's Indoor walking dvds.

just keep going
we all go back and forth.. well, atleast most people can't stay on the straight and arrow! As long as you catch it, and then stop yourself before you gain too much- you can just reevaluate, and get back to work! Good luck to you!!!

Not Allowed
Beating yourself up is not allowed... you'll get to your goal when you get to your goal and I know you WILL get to your goal!

I just wanted to say thanks for the help! I got the weight tracker graph working :) I'm on a plateau myself at the present time.. and I only began 3 weeks ago hah. Sounds like you're a determined person and I know you can meet you goals!
