Day 3
I'm on the 3rd day of my detox. I've just been eating raw foods....fruits,veggies,raw oats,seeds and drinking tea & water. It's not as tough as last time and i feel pretty good. I really want to go atleast one week without dairy, meat, fish and eggs. As from tomorrow, i'll introduce cooked foods again. I've not started working out again though....
but i do take the stairs (our appartment is on the 5th floor) atleast 4 times a day and walk the kids to & from school.
I'm busy de-cluttering and preplanning for the big move in July, i want to start as early as possible otherwise, i'll probably lose my mind then.
