I'm back
After a month offline, i finally got a brand new computer. Very glad that the insurance paid 70%.
The last few weeks haven't been so great.......little to no exercise and lots of bad eating...
. I paid for it by gaining a few pounds. I'm really dissappointed by myself for losing ALL the motivation i had before. I should have been at my goal weight by now if i had stayed serious......
Anyway, i had better stop whining and get started again. I started today with a raw food detox.
Day 1: Fruits & raw veggies, herbal/green teas and lots of water.

I know your disapointed but you can do this! You've come so far. I know now that your back to blogging and exercising it will be a piece of cake (haha!). All fruits and veggies huh? wow! That takes alot of willpower. Can you at least add some beans or nuts for protein? If not your going to be draggin some major tail. Good luck and welcome back - Shelly
