Setting your alarm for 6 a.m. Nothing big, millions of ppl do it every evening.
Setting your alarm for 6 a.m. and when it goes off, hitting snooze countless times and finally end up, waking up an hour later
Nothing big, also happens alot.
Setting my alarm for 6 a.m, NOT hitting the snooze button, waking up, dressing, drinking a glass of water and working out--------------

Good job, you are back in the game, welocome back again.
I am going to start Monday and I will be pressing 5am, so that I can workout before work. I am so not a morning person. But once I get started I'll be okay.....um....I hope.
