Mini-goal
I'm setting myself a mini-goal to lose 4 lbs by march 1st-----that's in 13 days almost, 2 weeks....should be possible. Wish me luck.
Current weight: 147.73 lbs (67kgs).
Today's workout: WATP (50 mins)....to be done later.

for mini goals....you can do it!!! I have a mini goal for Feb 28th to lose some kind of weight...I really want to get out of the 170's for good.
