On my way
I'm on my way back to gaining control again. Eating is pretty good, but the exercising NOT yet.
Weight: 149.94 lbs.....happy to be under 150 again.
ETA: yeah, i did a 50 minute workout today.

Glad to have you back. Under 150 eh? I am jealous!!!! I just wanna get out of the 170's for good.
I am in the process of trying to get back into exercising again too. good for you for being under 150!
