Alli Week 1 Weigh In
Yesterday I fell off the wagon and ate chinese! However, I did jog for 30 mins but that doesn't make up for it.
I had my first weigh in. I have lost 1 pound! I feel a tad bit cheated but I know I know its healthy to lose 1 pound a week.
More next time

TGIF
Thank you Thank you!!!!!!! It's Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have so much homework to do but I don't care I am just glad this week is ending. It is day 6 on Alli. Still no treatment effects!!!!!! Knock on wood. I am going to go to the store to buy more low fat goodies! That hurts my wallet though. It is so cheap to buy microwave dinners with 10,000 calories in them but so expensive to eat healthy. It is a trap people! Don't they know if they made healthy foods cheaper more people might eat them! Stepping down from my soap box. Anyways I have to exercise both Sat and Sunday this weekend. I am going to try to stick with that.

Day 4 Alli
Well again doing fine. I had a long day of class and work but went to the gym still. Totally exhausted now! I forgot to take one of my pills before I ate but took it right after I was through eating. I hope that is okay. Well gotta go do homework.

Day 3 on Alli
So far so good. I am eating what I am supposed to and I managed to squeeze in 30 mis on my bowflex treadclimber today. I will try to exercise tomorrow too. I am tired and worn out! Juggling school, work and exercise is really tough. My husband is always at work and school and it is hard to motivate yourself to go alone to the gym. I am not even going to weigh myself until Next Sunday which is when I started on Alli. I would like to see a .5-1 llb loss.

Day 2 on Alli
Hello, Hello. Well so far so good on Alli. No "treatment" effects. So far anyway but it has only been two days. Having to measure out portions and count fat grams is time consuming but it lets me know how much of food we really eat. Couldn't exercise today because I had work and school all day. But tomorrow. I will work out!

Day one on Alli
Well I wasn't sure if I was going to try it but I decided to fork over the cash (and it is expenSIVE).
I am really scared and nervous about "treatment" effects. I had been eating lower fat prior to Alli. I hope that it helps but I don't want to give up everything I love. But I am willing to do it for a month and see how it goes. If anyone has any experience with Alli let me know how its going for you.

Depo Provera Woes
I was on depo provera for three years. I started out very heavy in high school. My junior year prom I was a size 20. I was determined to make Senior Prom different. Through hard work by Senior Prom I was a size 12. I went to college a healthy 150 pounds yet, I still thought I needed to lose weight. I got on depo provera and thought it was so easy. Three years later my doctor told me how unhealthy depo provera is for your weight, bp, and bones. Not to mention that it can take up to 2 years for it to get out of your system and makes it very hard to lose weight. I had gained 35 pounds! I have been off of it for almost two years. After two years of nothing helping. I am finally showing small weight losses. I hope this keeps up!

Alli
I have started to eat healthier and exercise more. I eat lots of fiber and greens. I am thinking about trying the new FDA approved Alli. Has anyone else tried that pill? I am worried about buying it because it is soooo expensive.
