So I had my very first "treatment effects" today. Wow! Not as bad as I have heard but still extremely yucky. The things is I did not even binge on fast food or anything but miscalculated the fat in a very low cal meal. Oh well that will teach me.
I exercised for 30 mins today until my stomach hurt too bad to do anything else. But I will be back at the gym Friday afternoon.
