Hi there,
Thought I'd better say hello and introduce myself. I'm Mandy, 34 and aiming to lose a lot of weight this year.. I know, I know - you've heard it all before, so what's different this time?
The time has come to stop messing about and seriously think about how I feed both myself and my little girl. If I had a dog, I'd probably care more about what they ate than I do myself, which is ridiculous.
How am I going to do it?
I've joined WeightWatchers again, and lost 21lbs online before Christmas. I've also started going to the meetings so that I can be really motivated. I'm doing the core plan.
I'm also planning to do more exercise, which is a little bit hampered by both the weather and the fact that I work full time, look after my 18 month old daughter and run a house single handedly. I can and will find the time.
I'm hoping to use this as an online diary, posting photos and thoughts and recipes I find as I go..
