My blog
This blog will not be very interesting to anyone reading it. It is just a place where I can record everything I eat every day. So, for today, my first day I have listed what I will be eating for the entire day.
Breakfast- One Apple, One slice of wheat bread with jam, water
Lunch- Salad containing Romaine Lettuce, Italian Dressing, carrots and chopped
onion
Dinner- One cup brown rice, One cup steamed veggies.
Snacks Through Out The Day- Oranges and Pears
