Was good today, but I feel like complete ish

Well I was really good diet wise today. Had water and Weight Control Oatmeal for breakfast, remembered to take my medicine and viatmin. For luch I had cucumbers and hummus with a nice salad (various greens) with chicken. Then, after lunch I started feeling a bit sick, and it's going downhill. I think I'm going to cancel tutoring and go lie in bed. That veto's any excercise. Tomorrow I'm goign to the Calorie Killer class and maybe even Tone and Sculpt, so that should be good.

I should be ashamed of myself

I was bad today. Like real bad. I had some leftover pancakes in the freezer, and due to severe lack of food I ate that for breakfast with syrup on it. I felt a little guilty, but I didn't let that stop me as I ate some nuts and drank Fresca and layed on the couch until it was time for church. After church Amber tooked me out and I ate an entire steak, complete with mashed potatoes. To top it all off, I had microwave grits for dinner, and I haven't drank any water at all today.

I guess the one good thing I did do today was play with Toby, the most precious dog ever. But that wasn't really sterenuous, so basically Sunday fulfilled its name as the day of rest (and bad food).

Official Day 1

Overall really good day in the diet world.

Hiking good. That "moderate" trail was good enough for me. I'm excited that we've made hiking a part of our weekly workout (I just typed "workly weekout", lol) Who's picking for next week? You Sarah?

So food:
Yogurt (peach, mmmm)
A little bit of nuts and dried fruit (on the road)
turkey sandwich
boiled peanuts
spaghetti

now that I think of it, I only drank 2 bottles of water today....I really need to up the water intake!

And now I'm watching Walk the Line and praying that cleaning and doing laundry counts as burning calories.

Spring Break, Swimsuits, beached whales...

Hey girls! I think this might be the way to go to log in everything diet/excercise to take those pounds off...that way we don't have to meet and this has a place to enter your measurements (I have a tape measure), your food intake, your excercise, and it has a nifty little chart of (hopefully) decreasing weight.
