I told you so!
I knew it was water. I weighed in the next day (Wednesday), and I had dropped 4 lbs, which means I lost the 2 lbs that I had "gained" and 2 more lbs for the week. 2 lbs a week isn't bad, I'm not complaining. But I'm still going to be better about the red meat and all that jazz.
Hope everyone is doing well!

Not so much a good week...
Weighed in this morning, looks like I gained 2 lbs. I'm upset, but not so upset about it since I think I'm retaining water. I even measured this morning, and I seem to be an inch or so more in my chest, waist and hips, which means I probably am holding water.
I'll weigh in later this week, to see if it drops. But until then, I'm going to make these changes to make sure that drops back off: watch my salt intake, step up the water intake, continue excercising, watch my fat and red meat intake.
Anyway, that's the update. Not so much good news on this end, I hope everyone else is doing well! I will update maybe in a couple days to see if the lbs have come off!

Yes! Another good week!
I weighed in this morning and I've lost another 4.2 lbs! I can't believe it's still coming off this fast—I can't believe it hasn't slowed down yet! Especially since I've beend doing a lot of resistance training to make sure I'm not losing muscle.
I suppose it's still coming off like this because I've been seriously uping my excercise. 2 times a week I go to TurboKick, a kick boxing cardio class which lasts 60 minutes. It is a force to be reckoned with! It works pretty much every muscle in the body on top of being a cardio work out.
2 more times a week (different days) I go to a tone & trim class. I love this class because it works to keep my muscle up (I don't want to lose muscle, just fat!) and also, if I keep up with the toning, I'll be less flabby in the end!
So Mom, if you're reading this, I'm not losing too much...I'm working my buns off. I feel like I'm on the Biggest Loser!
Anyway, I hope everyone else is doing well this week! Ciao!

Mooovin on up! (mooovin on up) to the big time....
Yes! I'm happy to post today that I lost 5.4 lbs from last week and have officially exceeded my first 10% goal! My new goal will be 255 lbs.
The diet's not been hard to maintain in Clemson. Honestly, I'm too busy to really think about food, and Amber and I have been hitting the gym like crazy women. Will update later! CLASS!
10% - 283.5 DONE!
20% - 255.0
30 % - 229.5
40% - 206.5
50% - 186

2 lbs, boo.
I only lost 2 lbs this week, I was definitely expecting more since I felt like I had definitely lost weight this week. 2 lbs is good I suppose, but I'm hoping more comes off next week. I'm only 3lbs away from my first 10% goal!
Also, tomorrow I'm heading back up to Clemson for a summer class so I will get to go to my gym classes again! Excercise should speed things along!
Hope everyone is doing well! <3/

I seemed to have lost my bike...
So, you know how I like to google the weight I've lost and find a picture of something that weighs the same amount. It seems that in the past 4 weeks alone, I have lost this 10 speed bike...
http://www.gurubikes.com/store/images/flite_400.gif
What have you lost?
I also wanted to map out my 10% goals, since I'm trying to work by 10%s instead of being overwhelmed by the thought of losing 100 plus lbs.
Original weight 315 lbs:
10% - 283.5
20% - 255.0
30 % - 229.5
40% - 206.5
50% - 186
optional extra 10%: 167.4, although they told me at Dr. Norman I would be "model" thin at 170, so we'll see if I want to go down to that....might be hard to maintain!

Victorious!
Weighed in today with a loss of 4.1 lbs. That's a total of 18.2 lbs in the 4 weeks since I started weightloss with Myrtle Beach Weightloss with Dr. Norman. Absolutely amazing!
And I only need to lose 5 more lbs to reach my 10% goal that I made back on New Years Day. Since I'm on track now, the 10% should come and go faster!
Wore one of my dresses yesterday and it was the first time that I could tell a definite difference. Yessssssss

long time no post...
I haven't posted in forever since, well, I've been so absolutely busy. But the good news is that I'm back on track with the diet, and I'm actually getting medical help.
I plan on losing over 100 lbs with Dr. Norman of Myrtle Beach weightloss. I've only been on the program 3 weeks, and I've already lost 14.1 lbs. Weigh in is on Tuesday, and I hope to have made the 15 lb mark, at least.
That's the update!
*Tracker will probably be updated more often then blog!

A gain, but it was worth it.
Hey all! Just got back from my ever so lover-ly cruise! Weighed in and I seem to have gained a little, but I'm not to upset about it. I think it will come right off as soon as I re-up my water and get back on track. But the cruise was lovely. I don't want to be back!

C to the R to the U I S E
I am officially going on a cruise this Sunday. A 7 DAY CRUISE. I get to go to the Florida Keys, Cozumel Mexico, Roaton (an island off of Honduras), and the Caymen Islands!
I am so glad I've been toning and trimming for the past month, I'm going to be living in my bathing suit.
I should retake my measurements for encouragement, I don't feel like I look that much different!
