Okay, weigh in was this morning and.....drum roll please......i lost 2.4! YAY! I worked really hard this week and i focused on what i needed to be eating.....i went out to dinner last night and did fairly well.....i could have lost more if not for that but i am happy with the 2.4......The start of another week is tomorrow.....i have my first formal observation at work on Tuesday so i am a lil nervous.....i will be happy when it is over....lol.....I am going to the BIG E next sunday, i am really excited for it....but i really have to buckle down this week in order to not feel guilty when i go there......hopefully i will get somewhere near the same results next week as i did this week....maybe even a little better! I am trying to find time to work out but it is not so easy.....i am just so exhausted when i get home and i usually have to plan a lesson for the next day ....and of course i am such a grandma that i go to bed at 9:30......i dont kno....i think for now i am gonna focus on eating healthy and staying within my points range.....once i get into a good groove with that i will try the exercise thing.
