Keeping Accountable

I think i am gonna start to track my food on my blog......maybe this will help me keep with tracking.....i still want to track in my journal but i also want to post it on here to keep myself extra accountable.....sounds like a plan and i will start now:

Monday - Aug 27

Nectarine - 1

1 C. Special K with Red Berries (yummy!) - 2

1 C. Simply Smart FF Milk - 2

2 slices Wonder Whole Wheat Light - 1

2 oz. turkey (luncheon meat) - 4

1 slice Kraft Reduced Fat American Cheese - 1

1 tbsp. yellow mustard - 0

Lettuce - 0

1 nectarine - 1

Raspberry/Lime Seltzer Water (my fav!) - 0

Honey Wheat Braided Pretzels - 2

So far that's what i got.....14 points used which means that i have 24 left for dinner/snacks.....not sure what is for dinner as of yet but i will let you know once i do!....lol

I hope that works out for you.  I tried logging my food on my blog a few times, lol!  That was short lived for me - but if you can get on here every day - it will work great for you.

Great Minds Think A Like

I was planning on using EP's Food Log but found it to be too complicated. Not very user-friendly. So, like you, I've begun posting my Food Log on my site, thinking it'll keep me more accountable. So far, so good.
