30 lbs +
Hey all, its been a week and I already lost 5 pounds. I eat healthy, exercise and now I have started brisk walking for 30 mins :) Yippieeee...
Last night I weighed myself and it showed me 195 pounds and i literally fainted :( My husband was like how did u put on 30 pounds overnight....I was shocked but then found out that my weighing scale had gone nuts...Finally went to the gym and it showed me 160 lbs...yippie thats 5 down 30 more to go!!
