Newbie :)
Hi all:
I am a newbie here. I registered today. My goral is to loose 35 pounds by December 2007. I have been trying since April this year and I have lost 5 pounds so far. I am stuck at 160 lbs. (my height is 5 feet 4 inches) and it don't seem to loose anymore. Can you'll give me some tips/suggestions to help achienve my goal? Hoping to find a weight loss buddy and make some friends here!

Thanks Rady2Wow! I am working out at a gym now where I do circuit and aerobics once a week and weights (2) times a week. I hit the gym only 4 times a week. I brisk walk 20 minutes everyday. I am watchign what I eat. I am totally off carbs. I also suffer from PCOS so its important that I loose weight and maintain it according to my doctor. I read your blog...you seem dedicated :) that what I intend to do!

How many...
calories are you eating a day? Are you following WW or any other structured plan for your eating: JC, NS, South Beach,etc?
Hmmmmm - if you have been doing *this* since April, maybe it is time to increase the gym visits or walking?
Be sure you are eating enough or not too much, and of good healthy choices, not empty calories.
