Trying to find the will!
We'll I have been on the low calorie diet along with the b6 injections, potassium glucunate, b6 pills, folic acid and an appetite suppresent for two months. Man I was right on track the first 5-6 weeks not wanting to cheat. But I cheated in the past two weeks and I have not worked out. I have not gained anything, however, I have not lost anything.
I think my own false reason for cheating on the diet is that I thinl I was losing it to fast at first, but now I know that is only an excuse. So far since the middle of October I have lost 48 pounds, which I am very excited about, but I need to find the will power again to start. I know I don't want to eat like crap anymore, does anyone have any suggestions or info on this type of diet? Please help.......Thanks
