Woo Hoo
Well after being back on track properly for a week and getting back into exercise i have finally lost some weight!!
Went to weigh in last night and i had lost 1.5lbs, which i was so very pleased with i could have cried!! It might not sound like much to some people, but being so close to goal i am really really struggling recently and this is the best loss that i have had in a long time!!
So here's to another good ww'ing week, can't wait to weigh in again next week!!

Back on track
So i went to weigh in last night and put on 0.5lb, was gutted!!
So today is a new start, getting back in to the exercise after a very long break!! Already been on the cross trainer running for 15 minutes and felt so good for it, never thought i'd be able to run!! Going to do another 15 minutes later!!
Food aint been brill so far today, was in court this morning so only had a vending machine and i was starving so had:-
Breakfast:- hula hoops
Lunch:- made a chicken sandwich with loads of salad
Dinner- I'm having home made chilli, can't wait!!
Hope this is a better week and i loose weight!!

Back to blogging
God i never realised how long it had been since i last wrote a blog, quite scary really how fast the months have gone!! Well i have now lost 2stone 13.5lbs, so i only have 4.5lbs to go, but i am determined now to get rid of these last few lbs asap!! Been messing around loads recently and i have now been doing ww for almost a year, so need to get back on track and get these lbs gone forever!!
So here goes, got my weigh in tonight, hoping for a sts this week as have been a little naughty, but better than i've been for a while.
To eat today i have had:-
Breakfast:- Pineapple and natural yoghurt (1.5pts)
Lunch:- Soup and toast (6pts)
Going to the cinema straight after weigh in tonight so not sure what i will be having yet, but i will come back tomorrow and update!!

Another good day
Well yesterday i think was another pretty good day.
This is how its went:-
Breakfast:- Nothing
Lunch:- WW Chilli Beef & Potato Crush
Dinner:- Turkey Mince Chill Con Carne with Rice and a Brown Pitta Bread
Exercise:- 30 minutes on the cross trainer
Drinks:- 2 litres of water and 1 pint of skimmed milk in tea
So i think that was pretty good for the whole day, but don't think its gonna make up for the drinking at the weekend and all the meals out.
Someone last night suggested to me to eat breakfast to kick start my metabloism in the morning, so i may start having something in the morning. Only something small, like an actimel or something, but i'm just not an early morning eating person, i never have been, and i'd rather save my points for a big meal at dinner time, cuz if i don't have a big meal then i tend to snack and then not stop snacking!! But having something small is not gonna hurt me, so when i go shopping again i'll get something.
Trying to decide on a new job at the moment, been for loads of interviews and i've been offered two, one i really want but there's a few problems with it, its so stressful and my uni work is really getting on top of me at the moment, so i'm stressing like anything!! But i'm sure things will get better soon.

The Weekend
I've just not had chance this weekend to update this, so i'm gonna do my whole weekend in one post.
Friday was ok, i had:-
B:- Nothing
L:- WW Tuna Pasta Bake
D:- Piri Piri Chicken with cajun rice (from the pub)
Drinks:- 3 litres of water and 1 pint of milk in tea
Exercise:- 30 minutes on the cross trainer
Friday was actually a nice night, cuz i just went to the pub with one of my friends and sat chatting for hours, just what i needed to be honest, a good chat!! The meal i had was horrible though and i hardly ate any of it.
Saturday, it went very downhill, i had:-
B:- Nothing
L:- Nothing
D:- Chips and gravy (from the chip shop)
Drinks:- Way to much malibu and southern comfort
Exercise:- 30 minutes cross trainer and 30 minutes weights
Had a brilliant night on Saturday though and didn't feel guilty for drinking at all, it was a birthday party so it was brilliant!!
Hmmm Sunday, didn't go too well either:-
B:- Nothing was still in bed
L:- Chilli Con Carne Meatballs with Rice and garlic bread ciabatta thing (pub meal)
D:- 2 slices of toast and a tin of tomatoes
Drinks:- 3 glasses of orange juice at the pub, 1 pint of milk in tea
Exercise:- None
The only thing i ate from the meal at the pub was the garlic bread and one meatball as it was horrible!! Then went to my mum's and she had a chocolate fountain going for my niece's birthday which i resisted, till she was emptying it out to clean and i had to dip my finger in to taste it, ooops!! Also resisted the birthday cake till i saw abit of icing ast on someones plate and i ate it!!
So pretty naughty weekend really, but i had a few points saved up from last week and also i'll try and make up for it over the next few days. But not sure how weigh in will go wednesday as i never seem to do aswell when i've been drinking!!

Just wanted to add this
I see and hear people all the time that are struggling with their diet and feel for them so much. So i thought i would dedicate this post to how i cope with the diet and how i've lost each week.
The main thing that i can say is EXERCISE, when i first started weight watchers i hated exercising and didn't want anyone to see me getting sweaty and out of breath, and just like crap basically. But in my second week i only lost 1lbs and i was abit gutted so i told myself i needed to start exercising. I have had gym membership for about 2 years and in that time i'd probably been 20 times, at a maximum. I used to try and go after work and i'd never end up going as when i finished for the day all i wanted to do was go home, have my tea and chill out. So i decided to start going in the mornings before work, yes it did mean getting up an hour earlier, but i knew the results would be worth it.
The only cardio exercise i do is on the cross trainer, i absolutely hate the tread mill as i feel like i look like a right idiot on it!! I started off doing 15 minutes on the cross trainer and then some weights, about 3-4 times a week. Slowly over the weeks i built it up and now i am doing 30 minutes (burning off 330calories) 5-6 times a week. At the weekend i do more, as i do weights and things like that. But there is no way that in 11 weeks i would have lost 1stone 8lbs if i hadn't been exercising.
The next thing is takeaways, i have over the last two years been drawn to these so much and i was having probably 4 a week before i started ww. I do still have them, i treat myself on a wednesday night (after weigh in) to some sort of takeaway, but i always point it and i never go ridiculous when i order.
The other thing i try to make sure i do is drink my 2 litres of water a day. That is the really hard part for me, as before i started ww i never ever drank water, i would drink tea all day every day. But now i miss out on a few cups of tea and make sure i drink all that water, which is hard, especially on cold days when you just want a hot drink to warm you up, but its worth it.
My last thing is track everything, even if you have had a bad day and gone loads over your points, track it, because for a start you may be able to make it up over the next few days, and secondly you can look back at it and it will make you feel so guilty that you are determined not to do it again!!
Sorry if i have gone on abit but i just want to help people if i can, cuz i hate to see people struggle.
Uh one last thing, write down somewhere all the reasons why you want to loose weight and how it'll make you feel when you get to goal. This will motivate you.

Feel i'm doing quite well this week
Hello,
Well yesterday was quite a good day, this is what i ate:-
Breakfast:- Pack of WW Crisps
Lunch:- Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Cucumber and a little mayonnaise in a granary roll
Dinner:- WW chips in a pitta bread with a little mayonnaise.
Drinks:- 2 litres of water and about 1 and a half pints of milk in tea
Exercise:- None yesterday as i don't get time to go to the gym before uni on a Thursday.
So not a bad day really.
Today i have been to the gym first thing, did 30 minutes on the cross trainer burning off 330 calories!! And i've drank 1 and a half litres of water already.
So feeling very positive today and i am determined to loose at least 2lb at weigh in next wednesday!!

Weigh in
Well i've been to my weigh in and i lost 1lb, very happy as i didn't think i'd loose anything this week, so just thought i'd post it.
Oh yeah and today i've had:-
Lunch - Leftover Turkey Chilli from last night
Dinner - Doner Kebab in Pitta Bread from the chippy
Drinks - 2 litres of water and a pint of milk in cups of tea
Exercise - 25 minutes on the cross trainer

My first post
Well welcome to my blog. I am not just starting my diet, i have been doing the weight watchers points plan for 11 weeks now and lost 1stone 7lbs, which i am very proud of myself for!! But i just wanted to do something to write everything down so i can look back when i'm struggling. Also people on the weight watchers site have been asking me how i'm doing so well, so thought if i wrote everything down that i'm doing then they could look at it, not that i'm doing it perfectly in the slightest, but whatever i am doing seems to be working as i've lost a minimum of 1lb every week.
Right so my reasons for doing this diet:-
1. I am getting married in St Lucia on 6th November next year and really really want to be a size 10 for that day so that hopefully i will be a beautiful bride.
2. About 5 years ago i was bullemic and anorexic, i think i am over it now, but i really need to prove to myself that i can loose weight sensibly, and so far i am proving it and feel really proud of myself.
Anyway, thats enough of me going on. I have got my weigh in again tonight but i'm not convinced i've lost anything this week as i had a really bad end of last week and weekend at home, alot of stress and i was hardly at home so not tracked things properly. Also i have only been to the gym 3 times instead of the normal 6, oh and my IBS is playing up so bad so i'm so so bloated!! But i'll come back later to confirm how bad i've done, ha ha!!
