Feeling really down
Well feeling bit down at minute. Since i had that op in sep iv been really ill. I have been to docs few times and keep getting chest infections or coughs. Few years ago i got pneumonia and kept getting ill and unfortunately its started again. I had lost weight but its creeping back on again. Just been on hol to Prague and could not do much as was ill. The docs want me to wash all my clothes and sheets to see if that will get rid of the germs and got to go for more tests. He thinks it could be allergies but iv been tested for all that. I just wish they would find out what is wrong im 25 and i have to always think about what i can do and whether or not i will get worse. Im scared the pneumonias going to come back iv been told theres high chance. Im also put on about 3 - 4lbs on hol so thats not helped me feeling rubbish.

Harvest festival!
Here's the Harvest song I have to teach my class for next wed what fun!!! Manged to rope my little sis in to come and help me teach it as my voice sounds like a strangled cat. Lost a 1lb today and have been relatively good on my wi day compared to normal i had lasagne for tea as my treat and a green triangle instead of my normal million calories over so pleased with myself. Im not going to lose that half a stone before my hol on 26th but il try my hardest to lose as much as i can. Parents eve tomoz so no time again to get to gym oh well.
Cauliflowers Fluffy and cabbages green
Strawberries are sweeter than any I've seen

I'm getting more motivated finally
Since I had that op I have felt really ill and tired for wks you wouldn't believe it as it was only my wisdom teeth being taken out but the anaesthetic seems to have aggravated my asthma. I have been struggling to go to gym or stay awake but things are finally turning around.
I have started new job and got another 3 wks there til half term then i will find out if im still going to be in the school or moving somewhere else. I really like the school and everyone's so nice pity there's no jobs there though.
Had a bad day on wed so went over my points by a lot but im pleased i think iv pulled it back. I went out on fri night with people from work and i hadnt eaten lunch as knew we were going out later and also was busy. We had planned to get curry and we got back late and i decided i didnt want my normal chicken tikka masala, pilau rice and peshwari naan bread as was far too high points and i hadn't had time to go to the gym. Instead i had a kebab from the starters for 4.5 points and had bit of my boyfr's rice so was pleased with myself for resisting.
Hopefully Tues i will have a loss but who knows or at least a sts. I went to gym yday and if it stops raining il go today but iv got a training session in Central for a charity i want to volunteer with. Its for kids with learning disabilites got my first event with them next sunday and I am very excited to start.

Bad week
well first week of weigh in on a tues but i haven't been managing diet so well. I started new job on wed which iv got for next month and the kids are very chatty putting it midly so had tough wk. Wed ended up snacking on lots e.g mullerice, jaffacakes etc so that was not very good as went over my points. Iv been alright until last night when decided to meet my boyfriend after work and we went for a meal i chose the most unhealthiest thing there oops! I got chicken schnitzel bacon and cheese burger with fries then a honeycomb ice cream sundae and we had couple of cocktails then went out for few drinks. So altogether a ww disaster but at least i hadnt had any lunch. To my suprise got on the scales this morn to see the damage to find i was 11st 1 again while last few days iv been 11st 2/3 no idea how i managed it as i was 11st 1 on tues. Hopefully if im careful until tues and go to the gym il be able to sts and contain the damage! Also hope its a less stressful wk next wk so itl be easier to stay on the diet. Since i had that time off the diet for my op iv found it harder to get back on track but im going on hol in 4 wks time so got to focus on that.

One weekend down five weeks to go!
well hello first weekend over on new routine had little blip but been to the gym today and have eaten less today so hopefully will have a loss on Tues. I went to french market on sat with my boyfriend to cheer me up as had been a bit sad but it cheered me up but i went over my points. On the plus side i cooked dinner on sat night instead of our normal takeaway and that was really nice and wer going to keep up with that. Im going to go to the gym hopefully to two classes tomorrow but not sure if i will be back from work in time. iv got 3 days next wk and hopefully some more work will come along as iv been skint due to no work. Hoping to organize mini hol soon but not sure when or where so need to sort that out ! Fingers crossed for loss on tues.

Back on the wagon!
well i started back on ww properly yday and have swapped my weigh in day until a tues. I have found that i have not been good over the weekend as much as i could as i weigh in on a sat and i end up having sun of too so need to make sure that doesn't happen. I am determined to get to 10st 6 by end of Oct and if i get to my goal I am going to buy myself as a treat some Ugg boots. I am planning meals again and eating healthily again and I am well again apart from my asthma seems to have got worse so need to get it back under control. I am waiting to see if there is any work today if not I will go to the gym. Here is to a loss this wk.

had the op on monday!
well i had the operation wasnt as bad as thought but could have been better. Turned out had higher risk of nerve damage as mouth was so small but it seems okay i hope! I tried to go back to work yday but had horrific trip trying to get home was sick on bus and collapsed on tube so had day off today and going to work tomorrow. Turns out im allergic to the antibiotics getting some new ones hoping dont have reaction to these ones.
I feel like right big pig at min my mum came and went shopping and cleaned the house but its non diet related food. Im well hungry due to all the painkillers and cant eat much so eating custard and frijj's! I think going to put weight back on which is annoying as iv been trying so hard but im not eating properly and drinking non stop!
Having withdrawal symptoms from the gym cant wait til im better and can go back. Here's hoping that there will be work next week and tomorrow will go alright.

I have lost 10% of my body weight!
well just lost another 2lbs and so I am now 10st 12 and have now lost 10% so im very happy about that. I am hoping don't put on weight next week as having my wisdom teeth taken out on monday and got to be put to sleep. It says that the operation is over 4hrs but i dont know if that's true. I am hoping I feel better straight away so can go to the work on Tuesday but have booked it off just in case. I have got a job for 2 wks so it's bad timing I have worked one week and got this week and potentially next to go. Here's to another loss this week and to feeling better straight away!

End of summer
It's been a long time since i wrote so thought id update this. I haven't been good this weekend as I got some good news that my case has been solved so I have been celebrating. I had a friend so stay last week but it did not go well it's sad but I don't want to be friends with them anymore.
Me and my boyfriend are currently sorting out hols for next year. We didn't go on hol this year due to money so we're going to book our hol in the next month. We are going to Cuba it's £900 for two weeks all inclusive i will be my ideal weight by then so I can relax. It is expensive but we were going to do last minute hol this year but it ended up being over £300 more expensive than few weeks earlier.
Am getting ready for going back to work hoping I work straight away depends on who's off. My plan is to keep going with the weight loss and the hobbies I have started and to find a job for Jan or earlier so by next summer I will be celebrating passing my NQT year. I need to stay focused and keep positive and as determined as I am to do it.

Holiday update
Well it's been a long time! I am happy with myself I finished work about 2 wks ago but haven't eaten rubbish like I normally do but have been keeping up with ww. I am going back to my parents today and am hoping that I don't put on loads but I have asked mum if i can go shopping with her to get what I normally eat. I'm hoping to go on hol end of aug and would love to be at 10st 6 by then or as near as I can. I have found ww very difficult this time I'm eating healthily and going to the gym but I am not losing the weight like last time. I am doing more exercise than I used to and I am definitely lot more toned but I just wish the weight would go.
At my sis's party I was 11st 2 that was 12th July but I keep losing that 2lb then putting it back on and it was happening before the party too. I am hoping that this wk i will finally lose those 2lbs! My sis's party was fantastic I have uploaded a pic from it and I got loads of compliments of how good I was looking and everyone kept telling my parents how slim I looked. I have still got more to lose but it was good boost of confidence. I am happier with my body until last wkend and I saw a pic of myself and I feel I look just as big as before. If I don't lose any more weight I don't want to go on hol I would rather wait until next year.
