Well its been a long time im now big but lot bigger than last time!

Well i am very ashamed of myself I have put on all the weight i lost and more so am now officially the biggest i have been. I thought i could do it by myself then got stressed then got swine flu so all weight I lost it came back on. I need to start writing this again to motivate me. I have started slimming world and am getting back into it. Had swine flu few weeks ago and put on the half stone so im trying again starting afresh. Lets hope i can keep it up and actually lose it before xmas. So well here's to a new start wish me luck!

wanted to introduce myself

well hello everyone i'm trying to lose the rest of my weight by summer so thought i would set this up to spur me on. I got ill few years ago and put on lot of weight and have lost it on and off since then and due to ill health put it back on. I am now doing great and am determined to keep going i can't afford ww meetings this time so im doing it on my own. Iv lost half a stone so far in last 3 weeks so need to keep going. I want to be a skinny minny for my sisters 21st in July.
