Hello all! I've missed you!
What's new?
I managed to maintain last week which I was thrilled with. It felt good to be so worried and yet show up okay. I fell into a few days which ended this morning of not being as disciplined and now I'm back again by working out 1 hour tonight on the eliptical trainer. Whew. I made it over the pass and I'm coasting down hill again. :) I'm not exactly sure what happened to me but thankfully the funk didn't last too long or was too damaging.
I think my major binges consisted of eating about a cup of light coolwhip on top of my JC chocolate cake and eating an entire bag of trail mix (5 oz?).
Anyway, thank to all of you for your support. That's why I'm on here - to write for myself and the great community. Your encouragement is amazing.

I'm so glad you're out of your funk. And maintaining is awesome. Especially if you've had a less than stellar week. It shows that you will be able to handle maintenance when it's all said and done. What? Did you hear that? Yeah, it's Onederland again. Calling for you. You can do it!
