I can't believe that tomorrow is already Wednesday! Goodness!
I'm watching American Idol and just realized that I should move my body from my desk to my elliptical trainer to watch it! Next commercial break! I didn't run today like I had hoped so I will need to get that in tomorrow.

Hope you had a great week - didn't get to Hearst last weekend LOL!! The last tour of the day was like 3-3:20 and when you drag yourself out of bed between noon and 2, well... it just doesn't work to shower, eat and drive there. Big sigh. Maybe next time.

I read from one of your comments around the world of EP that you're in JC and its been going for a month and you've lost almost 3-5 lbs.. sorry, oop! but yah that's awesome!!!
ill be starting on JC this coming thursday.. now im having the doubts settle out, I guess im doing the right choice and finally end all the other try-outs on which diet to have.
How is it so far? :o) any tips since I still have a couple more days to wait until I start on jenny craig?
