I'm so excited...
and I just can't hide it!!! I got my FIRM stuff in the mail.... thanks mom :) I'm really excited to get started today!! I took all my measurements and before pictures last night. The work out plan is laid out for you..... and if you stick to it you can see results in 10 work-outs!!!! So I will keep everyone posted on how the work-outs are and the results I see. I am going to post my before pics tonight 
Kinda scary, it is the worst I've ever looked in a bikini.
I went hiking Saturday and Sunday!!! Saturday was a short 30 minute hike but with running on the flat part. Sunday morning though was a 2 hour hike!! It was a great trail. There were really steep hard parts but they were always followed with a nice flat part that allowed you a few minutes to recover. It was a great work-out!!
I had another big accomplishment this weekend, in fact I don't think I have ever done this before.... maybe when I lived at home, but I doubt even then. We didn't eat out one time this weekend. Friday we made pizza, Saturday we grilled steaks and made salad... we ate outside :) and Sunday I made s-getti. I need to watch out, I think I might be getting all domestic
