Going Down Down Baby!
I feel like I am getting back into the workout groove. I am down 2.4 lbs this week. I worked out 3 times last week and 4 times this week. My goal is to maintain or increase the workout days weekly. I am upto 4 times a week that I must workout, once I hit 5 I am stuck I have to workout 5 days a week until I hit 6 or stay there
. I told my boyfriend that I would loose 30lbs by June,
ambitious goal I know but wholly attainable. (No he is not pressuring me to loose weight he was loving the fluff at 285) So far I have lost 7 lbs, 23 more to go. I think I might change my tracker to reflect this (?). Anyway, cooking dinner and watching Jerry Springer (how trashy) might hit the gym again today? Hope all is well with you all.
