Pretty Darn Good
I did GREAT today. I walked 1 mile to the metro this morning, worked out at the gym at lunch and walked home from the metro 1 mile after work. I am tired as hell.
I figured I would blog since I am on the computer. Here is a list of what I ate today:
B- 2 egg whites, 8 broccoli florets with salsa (10 cals for 2 tbsps cant beat it)
L- Lean Cuisine Four cheese Lasagna
D- Grilled yellow Squash, 1 slice dark german wheat bread and 1 small chix breast.
I did good!!! Drank my water swallowed my vitamin and I plan on being in the bed by 10:15. It was a GREAT DAY. Hope yours was too
