exercise yesterday I took the day off. I am pretty happy though because i exercised 6 days in a row. I deserved the 7th day.
Breakfast
2slices turkey bacon
1egg white
2 slices whole wheat toast
Snack
Banana
Lunch- Wed company buys I did my homework we ordered from Uno's Grill
grilled chicken sandwich
brown rice pilaf ( i ate less than half it was not really good)
Snack
half a peach
1 rice crispy treat
Dinner
2 chicken Chalupa's (gotta stop eating on the go in the evening)
Will try an all fruit lunch today to kinda make up for the slip yesterday
Not to shabby
