Just had Wendy's......

for dinner and I don't feel bad about it. I walked 1.5 miles today with the .5 being uphill and ate 2 bananas prior to my Wendy's dinner. Needless to say, I am below my calories. I have a concern as to whether I am still in ketosis, I have some strips so I will test later.

I went to the doc today and I am happy to report that I am down 4 lbs since last week. I have lost a total of 23 lbs since March 15th.

Feeling good, pushing for 50 lost by August 2!!!

Praying for focus!

ZUMBA!!!!!

I ordered ZUMBA, I am so excited! I hope that the excitement lasts and the DVD's are all that I imagine them to be. 50, 50, 50 I am pushing for that magic number by August 2, 2012.

Down 5 pounds this week, not to shabby. I feel the urge to splurge, but I still have a long way to go. 17 pounds, 3 weeks, and feeling good.

Im Doing Pretty Well

I have stuck to my meal plan for the most part with the exception of some beef and pork when I went to Atlantic City over the weekend. I have been eating around 800 cals a day. I also had some guacamole which is off the meal plan, but I have had NO CARBS and at least 2 qts of water a day for the past 3 weeks. I think that I will be presently surprised by my progress by my vacation date of 8/2/2012.

I have a weigh in Thursday, I am super excited.

Im tired

Went to the Dr. for my weekly visit, I am down three pounds. I came home a splurged a little with butter on my broccoli and crabcakes *broiled not fried*. Looking to reach 50 pounds lost by my vacation to Puerto Rico in the beginning of August, will start back working out on April 2nd. Off to sleep cause I am whipped.

Where have you been???

OMG!!! It has been 4 years since I have blogged, but I think that I will take this habit up again. Gained back the weight I lost, but I am happy so I can take the good with the bad.

Update GO ME GO ME

Week before last was pretty tough, TOM came into town like a silent banchee and I felt wiped out to say the least. No gym No exercise except for walking him a couple of nights it was horrid. This scale showed me how horrible also at one point I hit 249 I know that was TOM and the tortilla chips and the hamburgers and fries with the Home made Ices tea. I am aware

Anyway this week was different I excersied twice a day for two days and walked on the other two woke up this morning and weighed in at  (DRUMROLL PLEASE) 244.6 I will take it

Going Down Down Baby!

I feel like I am getting back into the workout groove. I am down 2.4 lbs this week. I worked out 3 times last week and 4 times this week. My goal is to maintain or increase the workout days weekly. I am upto 4 times a week that I must workout, once I hit 5 I am stuck I have to workout 5 days a week until I hit 6 or stay there. I told my boyfriend that I would loose 30lbs by June, ambitious goal I know but wholly attainable. (No he is not pressuring me to loose weight he was loving the fluff at 285) So far I have lost 7 lbs, 23 more to go. I think I might change my tracker to reflect this (?). Anyway, cooking dinner and watching Jerry Springer (how trashy) might hit the gym again today? Hope all is well with you all.

Pretty Darn Good

I did GREAT today. I walked 1 mile to the metro this morning, worked out at the gym at lunch and walked home from the metro 1 mile after work. I am tired as hell. I figured I would blog since I am on the computer. Here is a list of what I ate today:

B- 2 egg whites, 8 broccoli florets with salsa (10 cals for 2 tbsps cant beat it)

L- Lean Cuisine Four cheese Lasagna

D- Grilled yellow Squash, 1 slice dark german wheat bread and 1 small chix breast.


I did good!!! Drank my water swallowed my vitamin and I plan on being in the bed by 10:15. It was a GREAT DAY. Hope yours was too



 

DOES it make you all tingly?

I went to the the gym today on my lunch hour, 30 mins on the elliptical and 353 calories burned. Exercise gives me the warm tingly feeling as referenced in the title. I am so ready to go home. I also just finished my lunch, it was pretty good. I enjoyed a Smartones frozen dinner it was one of the new fruit inspirations Sesame chicken and it was great!!!. Any way onward in this weight loss battle. Wishing you all success. Might blog more later
