SO different but ...
it has been many days since I opened this account here ...so many things have changed ....I some times feel some of these has to do with my dieting problem
anyway I will begin dieting and exercising again ... from tomorrow( better said now) I will write about all I have eaten during the day and all exersices ...
I am now 158 lb ... I sould be 123 so I need to loose around 35lb .. it is possible if I loose 1 lb every 2 days in about 2 months....here is the plan: eat healty froots with low suger. drink non far milk and drink tea with honey before exercising ... do spining 3 days a week gogging 3 days a week and jazersize once a week on sundays ...
