Having a hard time
I'm kind of having a hard time starting this new diet but as time goes by it's getting better for me. Yesterday I put on the only pair of jeans I can fit and they were lose on me. I was so excited. I knew I was losing weight. I quit getting on the scale everyday because it just made me want to eat more.
I had a bad UTI and I started drinking noting but water. Well every since then, this is how my weight is going down. I was happy to see a 221 today before I eat lunch. I was so use to seeing 224 everyday!!
I did eat some frys from Mcd's last night though. I can't keep away from there LOL. I've only been bad a few times. I haven't gained though. LUCKY!
I'm so scared when my son starts to get his money from the state, I'll go out and eat more. God how I am scared. I just hope I have the power to walk past the food court at the mall when we go shopping. PRAY! LOL

I've been good
I've been really good with the food. I hardly eat as much as I did before. I just have to set my mind to this!! I WANT and HAVE to lost this weight so I can be happy once again!

I lost some
so the scale said. Yesterday I got on the scale and it said I was 222.5 plus I took some off for the clothing. So Now I'm at 218 but then I got back on later and it still read 224.5 uhh. I added here anyhow. Tomorrow morning I will try again to see what it says. I'm eatting less, we have better food in the house.

Tomorrow is the day
Tomorrow is the day I will be starting to eat right.
I'm excited and scared at the same time. I'm scared I won't lose weight as I plan by my 30th birthday, May 27th. I shouldn't think like that, but I can't help but to.
