4 days into it!
So I am 4 days into my phen/B12 diet. I'm only calling it a diet because a lifestyle change is too long to type all the time. lol
I am finding it hard to eat. Other than that, I have had no problems. It almost seems too good to be true. I just hope I lose the weight I want to lose. I am so tired of being fat. It's hard to find clothes that fit right. I never have enough energy. I just want to be able to look in the mirror again and LIKE myself!!

Well done on your 4th day - keep with it :) I am just on day 2. We are the same height am not sure weight I would have to work it out! OO and you have lost 4 to date well done - are you daily weighing? I am but wish I didnt!
I am with you too - I want to feel good again about myself and girlie and look good in a dress!

I hope you feel like eating at least a little bit soon, b/c you need food to get energy to make you feel better. I want to feel good in my clothes also. I don't even like shopping that much anymore b/c of my size. We are all in this together. I hope your day gets better!

Here's wishing you the best on this journey and ride you are about to take! I had started taking Phentermine back in March of this year! And this pill, is remarkable! The energy it gives you and the appetite suppressant part is unbelievable. There was a day when I just forgot to eat but since I was taking my nutritional shakes and protein bars, i kinda felt it was okay this one time. But yeah, try and make time to eat, it is important!!!!

How often do you get the B12 shots?
I have gotten those in the past, but never for weight loss. It was more for helping with energy levels, etc. Interesting that they couple it with phen for weight loss now.
Maybe eat breakfast first, then take the stuff, or lunch?

I am tired of being fat too. Losing weight is hard, but you can do it. you will reach your goal in no time. Just keep up the good work!

Woo-hoo! good start....
Keep up the good work. But I actually set my cell phone alarm just to make myself nibble on fruits or veges during the day when I am taking the "p" cause yeah you just don't feel like your hungry at all. I eat a few carrots or a bit of peaches etc... just to keep the blood sugar level good.
No, my son wasn't hurt much, thank goodness... just em-barrassed lol
