Start Fresh

Today is a new day. I will be starting fresh with my weight loss goals.
I am a mother to one beautiful baby boy. I am weighing roughly 240 pounds and would like to be around 140.
 
1 year = 100 pounds.
First minor goal 10 pounds by March 2nd 2012.
 
I walked three miles yesterday. Hopefully I can do P90X cardio today.
And then last night my baby boy was running a fever. Didn't get much sleep in. I believe he has more teeth pushing out. Anyways, I need a nap.
 
I really should get some orginazation to this.

Today I want to focus on exercise.
Run
Weights
Sit-ups
Hopefully all during lunch. 30-40 mins
 
Afterwork I want to go to the park.
Run
Play basketball
Sweat! 30-40 mins
 
When I get home
Sit-ups
Squats
Run inplace
Raise my heart rate. 30-40 mins
 
Wish me luck. I know I can do it. I just have to stay positive and motivated.
