Weight Log
There. I've posted my weight loss. I have been keeping track on Fitday. Sometimes I get a little discouraged when I go for days without a loss, but as I was logging the pounds, it occured to me that my pattern is really to lose a few then go for days without losing, then lose a few more. So I shouldn't be discouraged as long as I'm sticking to my plan.
This blog thing might be fun.
