Lost 7.5 in 3 weeks!!!

Since I"ve restarted weight watchers, I lost 7.5 in 3 weeks.  The first week I lost 5 then 1.5 last week and this week 1.......but hey a loss is a loss right!!!  I also lost an 1/2 inch in my waist this week and I can tell by my jeans.  They are those stretch kind and I have to keep pulling them up.. Even yesterday when it was raining I had another pair on and I had to roll the pants legs up because they got wet.  LOL.....  Thats a great NSV (non scale victory)!!!!

Staying OP on weight watchers

I've been doing really well on weight watchers thus far!!! Starting my week on Fridays has been good for me.  I usually have my flex points before the end of the Sunday and then its being good the rest of the week which really suits me just fine.  Its easier to be good during the week as opposed to weekends.  ONE DAY AT A TIME!!!

YIPPIE Finally back on track!!

I restarted weight watcher last Friday (9/29/06) and I lost 5 lbs. and AF is here!!!!  This time around I'm taking it day by day and not looking at the big picture as per help of my boot camp buddies........

YEA!!! I FINALLY LOST 2 LBS.

I KNEW MY PERSISTENCE WOULD EVENTUALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND TODAY I GOT ON THE SCALE AND LOW AND BEHOLD I LOST 2 LBS. AND TOM IS DUE TODAY ANY MINUTE AND I SITLL LOST!!!!  YEAH TO THE WALKING EVERYDAY!!!!

Lost!!!

This week I lost 2.5 lbs.......thus far being 4 total since I re-started weight watchers on June 10, 2006......  Yeah, I'm gonna do it!!!!

I have got to loose this weight now!!!  I know it will be very long journey.......heck it took me 3 months short of 40 years to get this big!!!  but I have to learn to control my portion sizes.....
