Mmmm Meal time...

Hi All,

I'm going out for a Carvery tonight with my mum and my gran :) I've worked it out at 10.5 points and I've not actually eaten yet because I've just woke up lol lazy lazy!!

I went for my 2 mile walk with the dog again last night and even went on the tredmill for 20 minutes!!  Can't believe hom good I'm being sticking to my plan, didn't go to the running tracks this morning though :( I just couldnt get out of bed!!  Will do my dance workout tonight though once my meal has settled.  I've travelled near 8 mile on foot since wednesday!!  I'm logging it on www.runnersforum.co.uk

x

Hot and NOT bothered!!

Ok, I've printed out my exercise plan and made it all colourful and pretty, so far so good...tonight was walking night 1.8 mile up and down hill with my friend and our two dogs and I got a little jog up my road on the way home.  I went out in a big coat though and I was absolutely boiling but it's going to be well worth it and I definitely won't be taking the coat next time!!!

Diet is still going strong, sticking to my 20 points a day and hopefully will lose this week.  I also did something tonight which is going to be kept under lock and key and when I reach goal maybe then I will put them on here...I took pictures of me in my underwear and oh my god it was not nice!!!  I've done it though so I can see a difference at the end and if I'm happy with the results I may dare to post them!!

Hope you are all well, xoxo

Adios 'adios'...

After speaking with friends who have also taken Adios they too said they felt bloated and some constipated, both symtoms that I have had...so I've said Adios to the Adios...I'm not saying they don't work because I think they will for some people, it just depends on the person, I'd recommend giving them a go...

So I'm pill free this week to see how I go and if nothing again I'm going to go back on to the Holland and Barratt Fat Motabilisers which I found great for stopping cravings.  Also, as a regular Facebook user the pink patch ad kept popping up and curiosity has taken over, I've had a good read through the webpage and they sound very similar to the pills I've been taking but in a patch, so I've ordered the weeks free trial which will hopefully be here before next weigh in (Wednesday) so I can try them next week...I'll keep you up to date on those...

Exercise is going well, 4 out of the team of 6 of us went out training for the Race for Life tonight, we ran the same route as last week and got more running in than walking and managed to finish 5 minutes early.  It's my night off exercise tomorrow while I have my hair done :) so I'll be back on the tradmill on Friday.

That's all now...Adios!! x

Keep on moving...

Well I've stayed the same this week and feel a little dissapointed with myself, I've stuck to my points and done lots of exercise but maybe the exercise has built muscle rather than burnt fat...or am I just making excuses??

I don't know what to do now, stick to 20 points a day or do the Kick Start (18 points a day) for a week and see how I go??  I've got a week of exercise planned, swimming and lots of running.

I've been taking Adios tablets as well, has anyone used them before??  I don't drink enough water either so I'm going to force myself to drink the 8 glasses a day we're meant to have and see if that helps.

I'm not stopping, I'm going to keep going with the frame of mind, at least it wasn't a gain!!

Supporting me to Support others...

As I have mentioned before I'm trying to do more exercise and get fit and the main reason to give me the boost I needed is the raise for life, I lost my grandad in Jan 07 through throat cancer and this year I have rounded up a team of 6 girlies (inc myself) to do the 5km run and we are going to run, we are meeting up twice a week, once for an half an hour jog up and down hill and once to race and relay round a local running track...it is hard work because we are all unfit but slowly and surely we're getting there.

If anyone reading this blog would like to sponsor us and raise money for an amazing cause, who without, both my grandad and another of the running team member's mum, wouldn't have had that little bit longer with with their loved ones...visit our fund-raising page www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/glossopchicks

I really hope this gets us some more sponsors it would be fantastic if we could hit our target of £600 (£100 each) thank you so much in advance for all your help xxx

Change of Plan...

Ok ok I've been naughty but I've definitely made up for it!!  I said I was going to do the kick start and cut back to 18 points a day even though i'm allowed 20...well doughnuts were out at work and I didnt stop at 1, I was a total pig and had 2, but I used the points I sort of saved on the kick start so I haven't cut back I've had 20 points a day, so not too Naughty.

Anyway after jogging Thursday I did do the tredmill for 15mins (6mins Jogging) on Friday but then slacked Saturday & Sunday but I was back on form on Monday and swam 30 25 meter lengths of the local swimming pool and tonight I did 18mins on the tredmill (9mins Jogging) so my exercise is on again...it's weigh in day tomorrow and I'm feeling like I have lost weight and despite not sticking to the kick start I've stuck to the normally points plan and done lots of exercise...so I guess it's just sit and wait and I'll report back tomorrow.

All about me & my plan...

My name is Louise Dewsnap.  On New Years Eve I went out with friends to a party, I was a dress size bigger than last year and 3 dress sizes bigger than I used to be years ago, and I felt like a complete frump!!!  A picture being posted on a social networking site after new year was enough to make me realise I weren't happy and only me could do something about it.

Well I'm 7 weeks into my diet now so I decided to blog it.  I started weight watchers on the 2nd of January 2008, at the time I was allowed 21 points a day, 7 weeks later I've already lost 13lbs, my target is 2 st 11.5lbs (39.5lbs) so I have 26.5lbs to go...

I am now on 20 points a day but for the next 2 weeks I'm doing the WW kick start at 18 points a day to boost my weight loss then I'll be back to 20.  I'm now going to do more exercise too, so as of yesterday I've now got myself together a training plan...

Thursday is Jogging Night

Friday is Tredmill Night

Saturday or Sunday I will be doing the Angela Griffin Dancemix 2 DVD

Monday is Aqua Fit Night at the local swimming pool

So that's my plan.  My weigh in day is Wednesdays, so every Wednesday night I will post a blog to record my progress. I hope you follow my progress and support me :)

Thanks
Louise xxx
