The best week of my diet...
Well I've had some good weight losses and some good work outs but because I'd hurt my ankle I'd been feeling a bit sorry for myself for the last couple of weeks.
I had also stopped going swimming and thought weight loss would slow down but I lost 3lbs!!! I couldn't believe it and it was definitely the boost I needed to get back on and focused and keep at it...I'm also getting my very own exercise bike on monday :) so I'm not joining a gym, I'm going to have my own little one at home!!
So got back on the tredmill tonight to start warming up ready for some serious workouts and my ankle and knee were fine!! Woooo so I'm back on with the attitude that I will survive anything thats thrown at me!!
