Times get hard...
Wow...this last 2 week have been hard, I was over by 10 points last week but luckily still lost 1lb!! Anyway went out last night and I'm 12 points over but I can pull this back having 16 points Sunday, Monday & Tuesday instead of 20...that should work...
I'm half a lb off my 10% body fat loss!! and its my 12th week next week...I'm also joining a gym :) with access to a Pool so hopefully the last stone and a bit won't take that much longer to shift!!
I'm thinking of doing my own website with all my hints and tips so if I do I'll probably no longer use this but I will provide a link to the website
